The fourth rough night is energetically assigned to the month of April. April is the month of change. April is rumoured to be indecisive as it is very changeful and unsteady. Nature and weather are in alteration. Change is the face of this exciting month. Winter still lingering in order to be released, spring already knocking on the door to draw nature out of its last reserve.
April and the fourth rough night, both stand for a time of upheaval, a time of resolution and release, transformation and a time of departure and new beginnings.
A new beginning, upheaval, change is often a time of turmoil and apparent chaos. I am sure you have at least once decluttered your home or office. You start taking everything out of your cupboards and shelfs and sorted it on piles to throw out, to keep and pending for what you are not sure yet. Imagine someone would come to visit you surprisingly while decluttering your home. To this person your home/office is seemingly in chaos, only you can see the system behind it, you know everything will be fine and stay calm in the midst of chaos. Just as well, we can approach the weather events in April because we know that spring and summer are waiting behind this seeming weather chaos, we trust that everything goes its way and will be well.
We cannot change circumstances of life and life events, but we can change how we experience and approach them. This is the secret how to approach all change. Trust that everything is just right, everything goes its course and in the end everything will be well.
By letting go of the old you make space to breathe, clarity to focus on the important things, space for the new.
As sure as spring is knocking on April’s door is the New Year around the corner these days. We say goodbye to the old year and welcome the New Year.
Well, as already described above:
#1 The serenity and trust that everything is going its course.
#2 Acceptance, that everything is right the way it is
#3 Forgiveness – including yourself. Reconcile with everything and everyone.
and
#4 Answer the following questions:
Furthermore, the rough night today is a key night: day of the innocent children. This means you can resolve today what went wrong the last few rough nights.
Exercise
#1 Make a list of all negative.
#2 Take another piece of paper, your journal or diary and rewrite every negative into a positive and cross out the negative.
#3 Burn the list with your negative points and while doing so imagine how you let go of all the negative and chose forgiveness, new ways and positive thoughts.
Cleansing meditation
Sit straight and comfortably and calm down while concentrating on your breath.
Imagine a violet light cleansing all negative energies.
Imagine how everything negative is transformed into something beautiful
Now, ake one of your 13 wishes written on pieces of paper and folded and burn it while asking the universe to take care of it.
If you have to give thought to something in the future, you might as well make them positive thoughts ;-).
Be well.
Yours,
Sibylle
