Congratulations, over the last 12 rough nights you have done a lot of work. You did some serious soul-searching, opened your heart, dealt with your dark sides, got to know yourself better, looked for your heart wishes; and while doing so you reduced your stress and strengthened your resilience.
Allow everything to sink in:
Go through all your notes you took over the 12 rough nights. What do you notice today, what new details do you discover?
Use the momentum you have established over the 12 rough nights and keep going in your own pace and time – as long as you keep going.
Your last Ritual of the rough nights
What does your 2023 with less stress and more resilience look like. Write it down into detail, make is as vivid as possible. What can you do to create it this way? What of your rough nights can help you in doing so?
Hang or keep it somewhere where you keep noticing it. Read it as often as possible, best every day, and keep working on yourself.
