The seventh rough night, New Year’s Eve, is energetically assigned to the month of July. Summer in the northern hemisphere has just started and the days are already getting shorter. The sun is withdrawing, and so are we invited to retreat into ourselves, to contemplate. We are challenged to find out our heartfelt wishes.
We often set goals and do things because it is expected from us, because we want to appeal to others. We think that by doing so we please someone, do them a favour, or impress them, we want to be accepted and loved. And, in doing so we lose ourselves. Often, we do not even know, who we are, where we come from, what our calling is, what makes our heart sing and shine. Thus, we allow others to decide over us, we hand over our control, our power to others. This way, we will never be successful. Everything feels heavy and senseless.
Only by setting our own goals, planning, and doing what we really wish from all your heart, what is our calling, what is aligned with our values, what is our passion, what we always wanted to do, we will experience effortless success. We cannot wait to get going, we are highly motivated – we have motive. We do not allow setbacks, hurdles, or challenges to stop us. Wie will just keep going until we have reached our goal. We will automatically find the right way and people will come out of the blue to support us. Everything runs its course. And - most importantly, we have fun.
Alright, let’s find out who we really are, and we really want, and we will be able to make our heart sing and shine again and follow it.
Now, ask yourself
Are you ready to do all the above? Then decide consciously to get to know yourself from now on, and to listen to your inner voice.
The seventh rough night is themed, “I am”.
How do we figure it out?
We connect with our sensitive, our female side, AKA our inner child. It’s our emotions, which we have discussed yesterday. In case you missed the article you can read it here.
By continuing to listen to ourselves and pay attention to the emotions rising to the surface, when we accept them, ask ourselves which unmet needs are behind them and take care of them, we can connect with our inner child better and better. It will help us, to find ourselves again and be our true selves.
Then ask yourself
Get to know you better, take good care of yourself, give yourself your own compassion and love.
Now, it is about time to find out and set our goals of the heart.
The following questions can help us to figure out our goals of heart:
Your todays’ rituals could be once more:
Albeit the outer circumstances I wish you a merry and peaceful New Year’s Eve.
Concentrate on all the good and beautiful things in your life and all the good, beautiful, and positive things the future has in store for you and will offer you. Look forward to the fulfillment of your heartfelt wishes and goals of the heart. Trust and believe in yourself.
Until next year, be well, have a Happy New Year, and stay healthy.
Yours,
Sibylle
